Welcome to JUGNU GAMES ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). We specialize in developing and publishing mobile games, primarily in the hyper-casual gaming genre. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data in connection with our mobile games available on Google Play Store and Amazon App Store.
We do not directly collect, request, or store personal identity data (such as your full name, home address, or personal documents). To deliver our games, optimize player experience, and (where applicable) display relevant advertisements, we integrate trusted third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) that automatically collect non-personal technical device data.
Note: Not all of our games contain advertisements. This Privacy Policy applies to all JUGNU GAMES titles; sections referring to advertisements or ad-network SDKs apply only to the specific game(s) that include ads. If a game does not include ads, the ad-related sections below do not apply to that title.

When you play our games, our analytics, configuration, and (where applicable) advertising partners automatically process technical device information. Depending on whether a specific game includes advertisements, this may include:

Important: In games that include advertisements, third-party ad network SDKs collect and process advertising-related data directly from your device when ads are requested or displayed. JUGNU GAMES does not directly collect, store, or have access to this data — it is processed by the respective third-party providers under their own privacy policies.
3. Third-Party Services & Purpose of Use
We integrate the following third-party SDKs into our games. The ad-related rows apply only to games that contain advertisements.

A. GDPR & UMP Consent (Ad-Supported Games)
For games that include advertisements, we implement Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain consent, where required, before serving personalized ads or activating non-essential tracking SDKs. You can modify or revoke your ad consent at any time via the in-game settings menu (where available) or your device's ad settings (e.g., "Opt out of Ads Personalization" in Android Settings).
B. Push Notification Permissions
Notifications are optional across all our games. You can enable or disable notification permissions at any time from your device's system settings.
C. Data Selling Notice
JUGNU GAMES does not directly collect, sell, trade, or rent personal user identities to any third party. Where a game includes ad-network SDKs, those third parties operate under their own respective privacy policies.

Our hyper-casual games are intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly target or collect personal data from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU).
